# Foubert Media

> Official media library of Foubert (ice cream & pancakes, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium): 877 public photos, videos, logos and documents (technical sheets) with full metadata. Free to use with the credit "Foubert". Not for resale and not for competing brands.

## URL patterns (stable)
- Asset id: `<brand>-<collection>-<slug>`, lowercase, never renamed. Old names/paths are in `aliases`.
- Files: https://media.foubert.eu/f/<id>/<rendition>.<ext>
  - images: `w480`, `w960`, `w1600`, `w2400` (only up to the original width) as .jpg and .webp, .avif at w960/w1600, and `original.<ext>`
  - logos: `original.svg`, `original.png`, `original.eps`, `preview-w480.png`, `preview-w960.png`
  - video: `poster.jpg`, `w480.webp`, `720p.mp4`, `original.mp4`
  - documents: `original.pdf` / `original.zip`
- JPEG files carry XMP/IPTC metadata; `XMP-dc:Identifier` is the asset id.

## License and reuse rules
- `license: foubert-free-credit` = free to use with credit "Foubert" (use the `credit` field verbatim when it is more specific). Editorial use, press, partners, education, social media, marketing and campaigns about Foubert are fine. No resale, no stock/print services, no use for or by competing brands, no implied endorsement.
- Allowed uses include marketing, advertising, social media, video and campaigns about Foubert, by Foubert and by partners or agencies working for Foubert.
- `reuse: true` = you MAY edit: crop, retouch, recolour, animate, combine, use in videos, montages and AI-generated derivatives, as long as the result is about Foubert and does not mislead (no fake products, people or claims).
- `reuse: false` = use unchanged (no edits/remixes). This applies to logos (never distort or recolour) and technical sheets (official product documents).
- People: assets with recognisable people are only public with registered consent; children never without written parental consent. Everything here has `people.present: no` unless consent is registered.
- Do not invent facts: values `unknown` mean nobody knows yet. Do not assume a photo was taken at a location unless `location` says so.
- Brands are separate: Foubert (ice cream & pancakes) is not Foub.air (balloon flights), Blend (coffee) or 't Centerken (brasserie). Check `brand` before using a file for one of them.

## How to cite
- Credit line: the asset's `credit` (default "Foubert"). Link: the asset page URL. Example: "Photo: Foubert (media.foubert.eu/a/foubert-interieur-zitplaatsen-1/)".
